Change in Form of GES Elektrik

Starting from 02.05.2011, form of our Company has been changed from Limited Company to Joint Stock Company.

In the framework of this change the corporate name of our Company remains the same, except the abbreviations at the end; which is now "A.Ş." instead the former "Ltd. Şti".

This modification does not affect in any way the legal identity of our Company.
